Kinetic are recruiting for a Packing Operative to join a global manufacturing business on a full-time temporary contract for approximately 4 to 6 months. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established international company operating within the printing and packaging industry.
Working hours will mainly be on a 2pm - 10pm shift, although flexibility is required as there may also be some 6am - 2pm and 10pm - 6am shifts where needed. The role will involve supporting the site across a number of packing and production areas, primarily within the 2.5KG powder packing department, with additional support required within the AQ, EMR and Solvent rooms when needed.
Role
- Packing products in line with company standards and production targets
- Supporting production and packing operations across multiple departments
- Following health & safety procedures at all times
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and housekeeping
- Assisting with general production duties as required
- Working effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Requirements
- Have previous experience within a manufacturing, production or warehouse environment
- Be flexible to work across different departments and shifts
- Have a good attitude towards work and willingness to learn
- Be reliable, hardworking and able to work as part of a team
- Be comfortable working within industrial environments
