This position can be broken down to six main areas of responsibility within this Engineering, Manufacturing and construction role, they are as follows

• 1. Strategic Leadership & organisational Development- Lead the development of the Company's external works structure,- Develop and implement an overarching strategy for Contract Delivery, Commissioning, Service and Maintenance- Establish clear interfaces between Sales, Estimating, Technical, Manufacturing, Contract Delivery, Commissioning, Service and Maintenance functions
• 2. Contract Review & Commercial Risk Management-Own the Company's contract review process for external works from pre-order through to delivery
• 3. Contract Installation-Have overall responsibility for the delivery of Contract Installation activities.-Develop and maintain an appropriate mix of internal resources and approved external subcontractors to provide the capacity and capability required to deliver the Company's installation commitments.-Monitor project performance against programme, budget, quality and contractual requirements
• 4. Commissioning & Systems Delivery- Have overall responsibility for the Company's commissioning activities associated with external works.- Other systems where commissioning forms part of the Company's contractual or service offering.
• 5. Service & Maintenance- Provide overarching management responsibility for the Company's newly established Service and Maintenance Division.
• 6. Leadership & Performance Management- Provide leadership, coaching and support to departmental managers.- Promote collaboration and effective communication across all departments
