My client is seeking an organised and proactive Administrator to join an expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative and communication skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and supporting day‐to‐day business operations. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of administrative processes while providing excellent support to colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.
What Is on Offer

Key Responsibilities
- Managing emails, telephone calls, and general correspondence
- Maintaining accurate records, files, and databases

- Supporting the onboarding of new staff where required
- Ordering office supplies and coordinating with suppliers
- Assisting with data entry and compliance documentation
- Providing general administrative support across departments
