£38,337.00 basic + OTE 5hrs OT per week = £46,004.4 (new wage rise 1st March 2026!)
Standard 4‑day work schedule: Monday to Wednesday 7 am‑5 pm, Thursday 7 am‑4:30 pm
30‑minute unpaid lunch break daily, plus a paid morning break

Responsibilities
- Welding to X‑ray standard using TIG & MMA welding processes on stainless and carbon steel (mild) materials
- Fabricating pipework and associated fittings according to drawing specifications
- Performing general fabrication shop duties as required
- Plater welders with TIG welding experience on stainless steel may also be considered
- Adhering to strict Health & Safety regulations set by the company
- Reading and interpreting working/manufacturing drawings for cut measurements on carbon and stainless‑steel pipework
- Weld test at interview stage includes: TIG butt weld stainless tube or TIG butt weld carbon steel; stainless pipe‑to‑plate fillet weld; additional bonus if you can STIK (MMA) weld!; MMA butt & fillet weld carbon steel plate
- Opportunities to work both in the factory and onsite
Requirements
- Have proven experience in fabrication and TIG / MMA pipe welding with stainless steel and mild steel for more than two years OR hold the necessary qualifications / be time‑served and experienced in TIG / MMA welding within a similar engineering environment
- Complete a video interview and pass an onsite weld test
