Position
Kinetic Recruitment seeks a Warehouse/Stores Operator to join a well‑known engineering company in Runcorn. This role will provide support during the busy period across December and into January.
Pay & Hours
- Pay Rate: £17 per hour
- Overtime: first two hours at standard rate, then 1.5× thereafter, with 2× rate on Sundays
- Working Hours
- Monday to Thursday: 7:00 am – 3:30 pm (8 h paid, 30‑min unpaid lunch, 15‑min paid morning break)
- Friday: 7:00 am – 12:00 pm (5 h, no lunch)
- Weekend work: overtime only
- Standard week: 37 h, optional overtime as required
- Start date: 8th December
Responsibilities
- Goods receipting
- Packing and crating
- Picking from stock
- Producing shipping paperwork (delivery notes/invoices)
- Lifting and manual handling
Candidate Requirements
- IT capability
- Experience as a picker/packer
- Previous store experience
- Safety boots required
