Kinetic Recruitment are seeking experienced Food Production Operatives to join a fast-paced manufacturing team in Tameside. Please note that only candidates who meet the mandatory requirements below will be considered.

Responsibilities:

  • Pack finished products into boxes.
  • Lifting bags or boxes weighing up to 25kg.
  • Conducting quality checks throughout production.
  • Loading, palletising, and general line support.
  • Working as part of a team while using your own initiative.
  • Maintaining a consistent and fast work pace.
  • Reading documents.
  • Writing down important information.

Qualifications and Criteria:

  • Previous food production experience; essential.
  • Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).
  • Numerical competency; expect a numerical test during registration.
  • Ability to work quickly, accurately, and safely in a fast-moving environment.
  • A team-player attitude with willingness to support colleagues.
  • Reliability, good timekeeping, and proactive work ethic.
  • Ability to follow instructions from team leaders and supervisors.
  • Ability to follow Health & Safety guidelines at all times.

Job Details:

  • Hours: 14:00 – 22:00 only.
  • Pay: £12.21 per hour.
