Kinetic Recruitment are seeking experienced Food Production Operatives to join a fast-paced manufacturing team in Tameside. Please note that only candidates who meet the mandatory requirements below will be considered.
Responsibilities:
- Pack finished products into boxes.
- Lifting bags or boxes weighing up to 25kg.
- Conducting quality checks throughout production.
- Loading, palletising, and general line support.
- Working as part of a team while using your own initiative.
- Maintaining a consistent and fast work pace.
- Reading documents.
- Writing down important information.
Qualifications and Criteria:
- Previous food production experience; essential.
- Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).
- Numerical competency; expect a numerical test during registration.
- Ability to work quickly, accurately, and safely in a fast-moving environment.
- A team-player attitude with willingness to support colleagues.
- Reliability, good timekeeping, and proactive work ethic.
- Ability to follow instructions from team leaders and supervisors.
- Ability to follow Health & Safety guidelines at all times.
