The Head of Residential Sales is responsible for leading and accelerating sales growth across Kinetico UK’s residential business. This role drives performance across multiple sales channels - including Direct-to-Consumer (D2C), Dealer Network, Trade, Retail, and E-Commerce - ensuring strong revenue delivery, sustainable market expansion, and customer accessibility. As a key member of the UK leadership team, the Head of Residential Sales will define and execute channel-specific strategies, lead a team of channel owners, and work collaboratively with the Head of Commercial Sales to maximise overall business performance. The role also plays a central part in developing new initiatives, expanding distribution opportunities, and strengthening Kinetico’s market presence within the UK residential water treatment sector.

Sales Strategy & Leadership

  • Develop and deliver the UK residential sales strategy in alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Lead, coach, and inspire a team of channel heads across D2C, Dealer, Trade, Retail, and E-Commerce.
  • Set clear targets, KPIs, and performance expectations for each sales channel.
  • Identify and pursue new opportunities for growth, partnerships, and market expansion.
  • Collaborate closely with the Head of Commercial Sales to ensure cohesive national sales planning and execution.

Channel Management & Growth

  • Oversee and drive performance within each residential channel, ensuring strong alignment with market potential.
  • Develop tailored strategies to optimise sales effectiveness across D2C, Dealer, Trade, Retail, and Online platforms.
  • Build strong relationships with key dealers, retail partners, and trade customers to strengthen engagement and loyalty.
  • Evaluate channel performance data to identify growth opportunities, underperforming areas, and strategic adjustments.
  • Identify and implement innovative sales approaches, partnerships, and routes to market.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to align sales initiatives with brand positioning and customer engagement strategies.

Sales Operations & Process Excellence

  • Ensure consistent use of CRM (Salesforce) for sales tracking, forecasting, and pipeline management.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and deliver regular reports to the Managing Director and leadership team.
  • Contribute to pricing, promotions, and product accessibility strategies to optimise competitiveness.
  • Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability, results, and customer satisfaction.
  • Support the professional growth and development of individual channel owners and sales team members.
  • Partner with Global Sales and Marketing teams to align on corporate initiatives and best practices.
  • Ensure that customer experience remains at the heart of all residential sales activities.

Degree (or equivalent) in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related discipline (essential). Additional leadership or management qualifications (desirable).

Proven track record (7+ years) in sales leadership, ideally within consumer products, home improvement, or technical sectors. Experience managing multiple sales channels, including D2C, dealer/distributor networks, trade, and retail. Experience developing and executing channel-specific and integrated sales strategies. Strong collaboration background with marketing and commercial counterparts to drive business alignment. Solid experience using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and data-driven sales reporting.

Proficiency in CRM and sales management systems (Salesforce preferred). Familiarity with digital sales and e-commerce platforms. Competence in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Additional Assets

  • Experience in the water treatment, plumbing, home appliance, or related industries (advantageous).
  • Established network within trade, retail, or dealer environments.
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regularly within the UK.
