Experience managing multiple sales channels, including D2C, dealer/distributor networks, trade, and retail.
Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth, team leadership, and market expansion.
Experience developing and executing channel-specific and integrated sales strategies.
Strong collaboration background with marketing and commercial counterparts to drive business alignment.
Solid experience using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and data-driven sales reporting.
Proficiency in CRM and sales management systems (Salesforce preferred).
Strong analytical and forecasting capabilities.
Familiarity with digital sales and e-commerce platforms.
Competence in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Experience in the water treatment, plumbing, home appliance, or related industries (advantageous).
Established network within trade, retail, or dealer environments.
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regularly within the UK.
