Kinetico is seeking a Human Resources Manager to lead the HR function for our UK Team. The Human Resources Manager is responsible for leading and executing all HR functions within the assigned country, ensuring alignment with global and regional HR strategies while addressing local business needs. This role acts as a strategic business partner and trusted advisor to leadership, driving organizational effectiveness, change management, and talent development. The position fosters a positive, inclusive work environment aligned with company culture and values.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

  • Adapts and implements global and regional HR strategies to local requirements, collaborating with Centers of Excellence and ensuring compliance with regulations and business objectives.
  • Interprets business challenges and recommends best practices to align workforce capabilities with business goals.
  • Develops strong relationships with leaders and teams, acting as a coach and advisor.
  • Leads organizational change initiatives, facilitates cultural integration, and promotes diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Serves as the main contact for employee relations, mediating and resolving issues promptly and fairly, ensuring compliance with local legislation and global standards.
  • Leads recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and succession planning, applying global best practices and ensuring a positive employee experience.
  • Identifies training needs and designs development programs aligned with global frameworks, fostering professional growth and internal mobility.
  • Administers local compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and equity in coordination with global policies.
  • Oversees HR processes such as payroll, data management, and reporting, ensuring integration with global systems and data accuracy.
  • Analyzes key HR indicators (engagement, turnover, performance, etc.) and proposes data-driven improvement actions.
  • Manages and develops the local HR team, promoting collaboration, continuous improvement, and capability building.

Job Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

  • Required: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Required: 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including prior team leadership/management and generalist responsibilities.
  • Experience in multinational and cross-cultural environments.
  • Strong knowledge of local labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Proven ability to influence, negotiate, and build trust at all levels.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Results-oriented, strategic thinker with strong analytical skills.
  • Fluency in English and the local language.
  • Ability to travel occasionally.
