Serving the Leeds community for over 30 years, Good Health Centre is a well-established, multidisciplinary musculoskeletal clinic with a strong reputation for high-quality, patient-centred care. Our team of over 25 practitioners spans osteopathy, physiotherapy, acupuncture, and complementary therapies, enabling integrated treatment under one roof. Good Health Centre is part of Kinetico Health, a growing group of private musculoskeletal clinics across the UK, focused on improving performance through investment in people, systems, and operations. This is an exciting time to join as the group continues to scale.

This is a senior, hands-on role with full ownership of the clinic, supported by a central team across operations, HR, marketing, and strategy – providing the structure, tools, and guidance needed to succeed.

We are seeking a hands-on, commercially aware Practice Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of the clinic. This is a senior operational role with ownership over clinic performance. You will be working closely with the Clinical Director and together, you will be responsible for clinic performance, team effectiveness, and the overall patient experience.
