Project Manager – Hampshire, UK (hybrid) – Healthcare – Permanent
About the Company:
We are looking for an experienced project manager with an engineering background and experience setting up clean rooms, sterile facilities or similar, to join an expanding, established company.
Responsibilities:
- Lead multiple complex customer projects from concept through to completion.
- Partner with commercial teams to scope, define, and gain approval for new opportunities.
- Develop project plans, timelines, deliverables, and resource requirements.
- Coordinate project activities and communications across internal teams, customers, contractors, OEMs, and third-party suppliers.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
- Drive exceptional customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage project risks, resolve issues, and provide regular stakeholder updates.
- Conduct project reviews, gather customer feedback, and oversee successful project closeout.
Requirements:
- Experience managing technical/engineering projects.
- Experience setting up clean rooms, sterile facilities or similar.
- Some experience with construction or projects involving construction.
- Ability to travel across UK and Europe.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Full UK driving license.
