We are looking for several science graduates to join a well-established leader providing equipment to the healthcare field. This is a varied, hands-on role combining laboratory, production, and quality responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
- Support the production of products using lab techniques to required quality standards.
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and contribute to their continuous improvement.
- Ensure quality control standards are consistently met throughout production.
- Assist with calibration, preventative maintenance, and upkeep of laboratory equipment.
- Ensure all products are manufactured to required quantities, timelines, and QMS compliance.
- Maintain accurate production records and meet daily KPI targets.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient and effective production processes.
- Adhere to all Health & Safety policies and company procedures.
Requirements:
- A lab-based science degree.
- Experience using micro pipettes (this can be from academia).
- Driving license and transport.
- Ability to work shifts.
- Residing in Hampshire area.
- Good organisational and teamwork skills.
These are shift positions and so, you will be expected to work either late shifts until 23:00 or night shifts. You will need your own transport to get to this location and will be based in the local area. These positions are temporary contracts which are likely to be extended on a rolling basis.
