An international molecular diagnostics company is expanding its European team. We are recruiting three Oncology Sales Specialists: 1 x UK, 1 x Germany, 1 x Spain. Reporting to the Global Sales Director, you will drive the strategy and sales for an advanced oncology testing portfolio, covering both hereditary risk panels and advanced liquid biopsy profiling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Map territory to win new business with hospitals, oncology clinics, and private laboratories.
  • Build partnerships with clinicians, pathologists, and laboratory decision-makers.
  • Manage complex, consultative sales cycles from initial engagement to contract sign-off.
  • Present complex genomic data as clear clinical value for medical teams.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Degree in Molecular Biology, Genetics, Life Sciences, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in healthcare, clinical diagnostics, or oncology sales.
  • Experience navigating complex, consultative corporate or clinical deals.
  • Native/fluent language skills for your chosen territory (German or Spanish), plus fluent English.
  • Willingness to travel regionally.
