Project Manager/ Leader/ Engineer – Hampshire, UK (hybrid) – Healthcare – Permanent About the Compan y: We are looking for an experienced project manager with an engineering background and experience setting up clean rooms, sterile facilities or similar, to join an expanding, established company.
Responsibilities: Lead multiple complex customer projects from concept through to completion.
Partner with commercial teams to scope, define, and gain approval for new opportunities.
Develop project plans, timelines, deliverables, and resource requirements.
Coordinate project activities and communications across internal teams, customers, contractors, OEMs, and third-party suppliers.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
Drive exceptional customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
Manage project risks, resolve issues, and provide regular stakeholder updates.
Conduct project reviews, gather customer feedback, and oversee successful project closeout .
Requiremen ts: Experience managing technical/engineering projects.
