Field Maintenance Engineers – NW London, Bucks, Berks, Herts – Complex Equipment About the Company :We are looking for several Electrical Engineers with experience working on complex equipment at voltages over 400V to join the field based team at a market leading company. Working in a customer facing team, you will provide service, maintenance and installation services to a range of clients primarily in the NW London and surrounding areas . Responsibilitie s:Perform servicing, maintenance, installation and upgrading equipmen t.Maintenance of test equipment and tool s.Ensure customer satisfaction and contractual terms/ SLA are me t.Effectively communicate with customers and colleague s.Escalate issues when neede d.Adhere to relevant codes of conduct, safety, quality and regulatory requirement s.Ensure that all administrative tasks are completed on time and to an acceptable standar d.Attend product training session s.Ensure the timely processing of part s. Requiremen ts:HNC/HND in Electronics or Electrical Engineeri ng.Experience with high voltage complex equipme nt.Excellent IT skills (MS Office and an understanding of network s).Excellent communication skil ls.Full UK driver’s licen se.Candidates from the armed forces who have worked with complex equipment such as radars and optics will be consider ed.Sponsorship will not be provided and candidates must be fully eligible to work in the UK.
