An established and growing international organisation within the Healthcare/Medical sector is looking to hire a Junior Bid Writer / Bid Coordinator to join its commercial team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly organised administrator or coordinator looking to step into a more commercial, writing-focused role with clear career progression.

The Role

You will support the preparation and coordination of bids and tenders, helping to produce high-quality submissions that win new business. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills who enjoys writing, organisation, and working to deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting with the preparation of bid and tender documents.
  • Writing and editing clear, structured content (with training provided).
  • Coordinating information from internal teams (sales, technical, operations).
  • Tracking tender opportunities and maintaining submission timelines.
  • Ensuring documents are accurate, compliant, and professionally presented.
  • Supporting the maintenance of a bid content library.
  • Providing general administrative support to the commercial team.

  • Excellent written English and attention to detail.
