They are seeking a strategic, forward-thinking, and results-driven Global Head of Brand & Digital Marketing to oversee their global marketing initiatives. This role requires a combination of creative vision and analytical expertise to enhance brand awareness, drive engagement, and achieve commercial success across various channels. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement high-impact marketing strategies that fuel growth across both digital and retail markets.
Responsibilities
Brand Marketing & Strategy
- Lead and inspire marketing and creative teams to develop compelling brand campaigns that strengthen market presence and support business objectives.
- Work with product development teams to establish clear brand positioning and ensure new product launches align with customer needs and trends.
- Oversee brand messaging, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels, including influencer collaborations, social media, and advertising campaigns.
- Drive successful product launches by developing innovative marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and sales.
- Manage brand activations within new and existing markets, ensuring seamless integration into local retail landscapes.
- Monitor marketing performance, providing insights and strategic recommendations to optimise future campaigns.
- Oversee marketing budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximise return on investment.
- Stay up to date with industry developments, consumer behaviour, and emerging trends to maintain a competitive edge.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and innovation.
- Oversee the execution of digital marketing initiatives, ensuring they are aligned with broader brand strategies.
- Continuously assess digital trends, platforms, and new technologies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Ensure consistency in brand voice and messaging across digital platforms, optimising content for maximum impact.
- Develop and refine digital strategies to improve conversion rates, including refining advertising campaigns, email marketing, and SEO initiatives.
- Support website development teams in maintaining and optimising brand websites, ensuring they serve as best-in-class digital experiences.
Experience Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- Prior experience in brand and digital marketing, with a proven track record of executing successful campaigns.
- Prior experience leading and developing marketing teams within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed strategic decisions.
- A creative thinker who can balance brand storytelling with performance-driven marketing techniques.
- Excellent attention to detail, organisational skills, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience working within international markets, including North America, EMEA, and APAC.
- A passion for the beauty industry, with a thorough understanding of the competitive landscape.
