As their Ecommerce Manager you will focus on driving and delivering sales across this brand e-commerce platforms in the US, UK, and EMEA markets.

Responsibilities
  • Drive revenue growth and customer acquisition/retention on this brand's website.
  • Oversee sales forecasting, budgeting, and inventory planning (products, samples, GWPs).
  • Manage product merchandising, content, and promotions for e-commerce.
  • Ensure local e-commerce activations are effectively planned and executed.
  • Align e-commerce messaging with digital and business-wide marketing strategies.
  • Optimise the user journey to enhance customer engagement and conversion.
  • Provide regular sales reports and ad-hoc performance analysis.
  • Lead and support the Customer Service team, ensuring smooth query resolution.
  • Assist with technical updates and issue resolution for e-commerce operations.
Experience Requirements
  • E-commerce trading and optimisation experience, preferably within skincare, beauty brands.
  • Strong data-driven approach to driving trade and revenue growth, rather than relying on promotions or discounting.
  • Proficiency in data visualisation tools for analysing large datasets.
  • Solid skills in e-commerce analysis, sales forecasting, and demand planning.
  • Experience with ERP systems (Business Central) is a plus.
  • International experience, particularly in expanding business growth in the U.S., is highly valued.
