The Role
The Implementation Analyst will be responsible for provisioning, configuring, and optimising the Kx software suite, including KxCatering, KxEngage, KxInspections, KxBnB, and Student Web experience. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to deploy customised solutions that align with organisational needs while ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Configuration & System Deployment
Configure and deploy modules across the Kx software suite (e.g., KxCatering, KxEngage, KxBnB, Web 2.0) based on client and project requirements. Customise workflows, templates, system parameters, and user permissions to deliver tailored, scalable solutions. Test and roll out new modules or features, ensuring smooth integration and optimal functionality. - Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication
Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, document needs, and translate them into effective system configurations. Prepare clear and concise progress and status updates. Deliver user training and support for successful adoption of configured systems. - Quality, Compliance & Continuous Improvement
Ensure all system configurations align with regulatory and industry best practices. Continuously seek opportunities to improve internal processes, project delivery, and system performance. Contribute to project reviews and quality assurance initiatives to maintain standards.

Experience in system configuration and deployment. Excellent organisation and multitasking skills with a sharp eye for detail. Strong analytical mindset and a drive for process improvement. Solid communication skills with the ability to simplify the complex. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or project management tools. - Nice to Have
