What you’ll be bringing to life in this role

Why this role exists

We’re not just a company — we’re on a mission to transform how our business works from the inside out. That means rethinking processes, introducing smarter systems, and making life easier for both our teams and our customers. This is where you come in.

We’re looking for an ambitious, curious, and driven individual who wants to be part of real change. This is a unique opportunity to kick-start your career in business transformation — learning from experienced change-makers while directly contributing to projects that will shape the future of our company.

If you thrive on everything from AI and robotic process automation to process optimisation and beyond while managing and coordinating projects that drive scalable growth, this role is for you!

About the Transformation Team

We create scalable, meaningful change through innovation, automation, and smarter processes—fuelling a more efficient, fulfilling workplace. We’re catalysts for continuous transformation, empowering every team to elevate performance, delight customers, and unlock the company’s full potential.

  • Be part of the action — supporting live transformation projects that impact how our business runs every day.
  • Shape the future of the business — your work will directly influence how we operate, from the tools we use to the way our teams collaborate.
  • Variety guaranteed — no two weeks will look the same. You might be mapping processes in our R&D team one day, testing a new finance system the next, and helping prepare sales communications the day after.
  • Learn from the best — work side-by-side with transformation leads, systems & AI specialists, and subject matter experts daily, absorbing everything they have to share.

What You’ll Get From Us

  • Full training and mentoring.
  • Exposure to high-profile projects from day one.
  • Opportunities to develop professionally and progress into more senior transformation roles.
  • A friendly, supportive team environment where your growth is a priority.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own discrete transformations from framing to handover:
  • Frame & plan
  • Clarify objectives, success metrics, scope, constraints, and stakeholders.
  • Build lightweight business cases: size impact, estimate cost/benefit, outline ROI with guidance.
  • Plan delivery: milestones, RAID, dependencies, resources, and succinct status comms.
  • Discover & design
    • Run discovery: map current state (SIPOC, BPMN-lite), identify root causes, and propose future-state designs.
    • Define hypotheses and test plans; choose the smallest viable experiment to learn fastest.
  • Implement & land change
    • Roll up sleeves on configuration, workflow design, and data setup; or coordinate vendors/contractors.
    • Manage change: stakeholder mapping, comms and training plans, UAT coordination, adoption measurement.
    • Baseline KPIs, instrument dashboards, run pilots/A-B tests, and capture lessons learned.
  • Continuously improve
    • Maintain playbooks, templates, and standards; raise the bar every project.
    • Share wins and learnings; enable others to repeat success.

What you’ll need to hit the ground running?

    • 1–3+ years in project delivery, consulting, business operations, PMO/Project Coordinator, BA, or implementation roles.
    • Ownership & pace: bias to action, organised, reliable under pressure, comfortable with ambiguity.
    • AI‑first mindset: hands‑on use or implementation of AI solutions; curiosity to keep learning.
    • End‑to‑end delivery: independently run smaller projects or own workstreams with measurable outcomes.
    • Tooling fluency: task/portfolio (Jira/Asana/Smartsheet), collaboration (Miro/Lucid), documentation (Confluence/Notion), spreadsheets; basic dashboarding a plus.
    • Process skills: requirements capture, user stories, acceptance criteria, UAT, process mapping, problem solving, and light SOP writing.
    • Analytical: comfortable modelling impact and separating signal from noise.
    • Communication superpowers: concise updates, clear escalation, strong facilitation, constructive candour.
    • Quality mindset: customer-centric with excellent QA and polished handovers.

    Nice to have

    • Certifications: PRINCE2 Foundation/APM PFQ/PMQ, Scrum Master (PSM I/CSM), Lean Six Sigma Yellow/Green Belt, Prosci/Change Management Foundation.
    • Exposure to SaaS/enterprise implementations (e.g., CRM/ERP/Support tools), automation (e.g., Zapier/Power Automate), or data tooling (e.g., Power BI/Looker/Tableau).
    • Basic SQL or data wrangling; experience running pilots and controlled rollouts.
