The Role
As a Warehouse Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day warehouse and operational activities. You'll be responsible for maintaining accurate records, processing documentation, supporting finance administration, and ensuring smooth communication across the business.
- Accurately record employee timesheet information for payroll and finance purposes
- Complete data entry and maintain organised administrative records
- Communicate professionally with colleagues, customers, suppliers, and other company sites
- Handle incoming calls and direct enquiries to the appropriate departments
- Process invoices and receipts for the Finance team
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail
- Maintain health & safety and risk assessment documentation -
- Provide general administrative support to the warehouse and operations teams
- Assist with process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
What We're Looking For
- Previous administration experience (preferred)
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Teams
- Ability to prioritise workload and work effectively in a busy environment
- Professional, reliable, and proactive approach to work
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills
