Warehouse Operative / FLT Driver at an international pharmaceutical company, based in Runcorn, England. Contracted for a temporary 3-month appointment with possibility of extension.

Responsibilities:

  • Process goods inward transactions and movements, including document completion.
  • Pick, replenish, load, and store product and components to meet production plan.
  • Ensure timely and accurate dispatch of finished product, complete documentation, and log shipments.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve warehouse issues quickly to support site performance targets.
  • Maintain 95% completion target for reject certificates and sample requests to avoid batch release delays.
  • Promote safety culture by reporting unsafe conditions through correct channels.
  • Liaise with 3rd-party contractors to manage waste control and site hygiene standards.
  • Keep conveyor system running efficiently, clear basic blockages, and record discrepancies using ADRs and log books.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience working in a GMP warehouse environment.
  • Valid FLT licence (Counterbalance or VNA).
  • Experience with SAP processing preferred.
  • Experience in regulated industries (pharma, food, aerospace) desirable.
  • Strong communication, motivation, and team collaboration skills.
  • High attention to detail.
  • General computer skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Working Conditions:

  • 12-hour shifts days or nights (06:00-18:00 or 18:00-06:00).
  • Pre-employment screening and DBS check required.
  • Annual salary of £33,330, including shift allowance.
