About the Role: We are currently seeking reliable and motivated Machine Operators to join our client within a busy heavy manufacturing environment. These roles are offered on an ongoing temporary basis, with the opportunity to secure a permanent position following a successful 12-month training period. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established company, gain valuable skills, and progress into a long-term career.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and monitor heavy manufacturing machinery safely and efficiently
  • Set up machines in line with production requirements
  • Carry out routine quality checks to ensure product standards are met
  • Identify and report faults, defects, or maintenance issues
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment in line with health & safety regulations
  • Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production targets

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or machine operating role
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
  • Good understanding of health & safety practices

Nightshift: Mon-Thurs 10pm-6am / Fri 5pm-11pm
