Food production Operative (972415) Trafford Park, England
Kinetic Industrial are looking for numerous Food Production Operatives to work for a food manufacturer based in Old Trafford / Stretford.
You have starts available for suitable candidates who are keen, eager and who want to work.
You will be working on a 3-shift pattern with some flexibility required.
You must be able to work ALL three shifts.
- Shift Pattern
- 0550am to 1350pm (0550am - 11:50am Friday)
- 1350pm to 2150pm (11:50am-17:50pm Friday)
- 2150pm to 0550am (17:50pm- 23:50pm Friday)
The Food Production Roles involve the following
- Quality control at all stages of the production process
- Cleaning all work areas using various products and equipment
- Fast-moving line so must be able to work quickly and efficiently
- Packing products into boxes where required
- Making sure that all work being done is to a very high standard
- Inspecting produce for any signs of damage or tampering & reporting where necessary
- Completing manual handling tasks including lifting bags and boxes of product
At times you will be asked to do ad hoc work which may come up (cleaning, sweeping etc) so you must be willing to “Get Stuck In”.
- In order to be successful within this Food Manufacturing company you need to have/be:
- Experience within the food manufacturing industry would be a distinct advantage
- Physically fit, repetitively handling bags of flour and standing on feet all day
- Good understanding of Health and Safety
- Have excellent personal hygiene standards
- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
- Must be flexible to carry out all shift patterns and cover where required
• Ability to attend every shift on time with a positive attitude!

- £12.71 for the day shifts and £14.26 night rate.
- Shifts are Monday – Friday
- Free car parking but also excellent links to public transport
