Temporary ongoing position at £20.46 per hour.

Working Hours: Monday - Thursday 7.30am - 4pm, Friday - 7.30am - 12.30.

Kinetic are currently recruiting for a Technical Trainer to deliver high-quality engineering training and assessment. In this role, you will support apprentices through their learning journey, ensuring they successfully achieve their qualifications in line with apprenticeship standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver, assess, and internally verify in-house engineering courses up to Level 2.
  • Assess and internally verify Level 3 competencies within company Service in accordance with apprenticeship standards.
  • Coordinate, monitor, and ensure the timely completion of all components of the apprenticeship standard.
  • Mentor apprentices, supporting the development of their knowledge, skills, and behaviours required to meet programme standards.
  • Develop and maintain engineering training materials, including lesson plans and schemes of work.
  • Utilise OneFile to maintain accurate and efficient learner records, ensuring all evidence of learning is properly documented and compliant.
  • Review and enhance course content and delivery methods to meet evolving business and industry needs, while maintaining your own continuous professional development.
  • Promote and uphold the Zero Harm culture and ensure full compliance with company guidelines and standards.
