Kinetic Industrial are assisting a global textile company within Trafford Park in recruiting a Supervisor for their small, yet, successful team. You will be supervising 4 / 5 staff per shift – mentoring them and getting stuck in as and when required! The position is a Temporary to Permanent position. Hourly rates are: * £13.03 – rising to £13.84 Hours * Rotating 6am-2pm & 2pm-10pm * Monday to Friday * 37.5 hours per week Below is a brief description of the ideal supervisor and what we are looking for: * Able to effectively manage and support a small team in a fast-paced production setting. * Proven experience in leading and motivating a team * Strong organisational and communication skills * Able to coordinate daily tasks * Monitor quality of the products. * Ensure that all deadlines are met * Willingness to support the team when needed – it can be a hands on role at times * Experience in a textile, garment, or manufacturing environment is highly desirable If you would like to work for a very successful textile industry where a permanent job is likely then please do apply with an up to date CV.
