Hours: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm, Monday–Friday (37.5 hours per week)
Responsibilities
- Own and drive outcomes during a period of transformational change to the IFP business, producing exceptional documentation across complex people matters.
- Partner with TBPs and Team Leaders to provide practical, well‑judged support on change management, performance, and other people processes.
- Support the UK HR team in delivering the IFP People Plan for the UKI ABU (Accountable Business Unit).
- Provide support to the UK human resources director and the UK employee relations team.
TBP Support Activities
- Deliver key HR initiatives across the spectrum, including workforce planning, restructuring, resourcing, talent management, pay and reward, employee relations, employee engagement and performance management.
- Understand and champion relevant global/regional processes and programmes designed to accelerate company culture and performance.
- Work closely with Managers and the Talent Acquisition Manager to develop workforce and resource plans.
- Develop and maintain good relations with recognised trade unions.
- Support critical change management processes impacting employees.
- Provide support to TBPs to enable them to operate effectively and at pace.
- Take ownership of actions, follow‑through, and ensure work does not stall.
- Step in confidently to progress work where clarity, structure, or momentum is needed.
Employee Relations Activities
- Support the ER team with employee relations cases such as disciplinaries, grievances and performance concerns.
- Partner with appointed Team Leaders to enable them to execute employee relations cases, ensuring compliance with internal policies and UK legislation.
- Produce clear, confident and well‑structured written outputs, including case summaries, investigation reports, outcome letters and briefing notes for senior stakeholders.
- Translate complex issues into plain English without losing rigor or accuracy.
