Job Summary
Food Production Operative at Kinetic Industrial, working for a food manufacturer in Old Trafford / Stretford. Temporary contract. Working in a 3‑shift pattern: day (0550‑1350), afternoon (1350‑2150) and night (2150‑0550). Must be able to work all shifts and complete additional duties such as cleaning and sweeping.
Responsibilities
- Quality control at all stages of the production process
- Cleaning all work areas using various products and equipment
- Fast‑moving line: work quickly and efficiently
- Packing products into boxes where required
- Ensure all work is performed to a very high standard
- Inspect produce for any signs of damage or tampering and report where necessary
- Complete manual handling tasks including lifting bags and boxes of product
Qualifications
- Experience within the food manufacturing industry is a distinct advantage
- Physically fit, able to repeatedly handle bags and stand all day
- Good understanding of health & safety
- Have excellent personal hygiene standards
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be flexible to cover all shift patterns and attend on time with a positive attitude

- £12.71 per day shift; £14.26 per night shift
- Shifts Monday‑Friday
