Kinetic Industrial are working with a leading supplier of specialist cable products and solutions in Blackley to recruit a part-time Production Operative. Here you will play a key role in keeping production running smoothly while supporting safety, quality and environmental performance. This is a part-time, temporary to permanent position with opportunity for full time hours in the future. You must be able to work rotating shifts of:
- Week 1 - Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 8:30am to 5pm (16 hours)
- Week 2 - Monday and Tuesday 8:30am to 5pm (24 hours)
Role:
- Follow cutting orders and use correct materials
- Cut, pack, and process cable orders accurately
- Operate machinery safely
- Complete orders using scanners or manual records
- Wear PPE and report any issues
- Report faults, accidents, or damaged products
- Keep work area clean and organised
- Check tools/equipment and report defects
- Follow safety and environmental guidelines
- Support with general tasks as required
