We are seeking a professional, organised and proactive individual to support a large friendly manufacturing business based in Chorley. The role is primarily focused on order processing, purchasing and general office administration, ensuring the smooth running of day‑to‑day operations. While the position is admin based, we would welcome someone who also has an interest in managing their social media presence.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer orders and maintain accurate records.
  • Support purchasing activities, including raising orders and liaising with suppliers.
  • Manage email, filing, data entry and document organisation.
  • Assist with internal communication and coordination across departments.

Qualifications
