New Facility | Newcastle upon Tyne | 5-Year+ Worth of Work
We are recruiting 16 experienced Panel Wirers for the launch of a brand-new engineering facility in Newcastle upon Tyne. This is a long-term contracting opportunity offering a minimum of 5 years' work, ideal for contractors looking for stability, consistent hours, and a well-run site. You'll be working on high-spec industrial control panels for major global power and energy projects, within a modern facility designed for efficient, high-quality build work.
Scope of Work:
- Build and wire industrial control panels to detailed drawings
- Read and work from electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
- Install, modify, and test electrical components
- Fault-find and resolve wiring issues as required
- Work to strict quality, safety, and production standards
Contractor Requirements:
- Solid, proven panel wiring experience
- Confident interpreting complex electrical drawings
- NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Engineering (apprenticeship trained - essential)
- High standards of workmanship and attention to detail
- Able to work reliably as part of a team
Contract Details:
- Rare long-term opportunity

- Competitive hourly rates (Inside IR35 - PAYE)
- 37 hours per week, Monday-Friday (dayshift to start, moving to 2 shift once site is to capacity)
