Kinetic PLC is seeking an experienced Operator with a proven background in FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) to join our client\’s busy and friendly team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment and is confident operating and maintaining machinery to deliver quality output.
Salary & Hours
31,600 per annum
Shift pattern: 6am-6pm / 6pm-6am (2 days, 2 nights, 4 off)

Key Responsibilities
Operate machinery efficiently to meet production targets in a fast-paced FMCG environment
Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet strict specifications and customer standards
Report process issues promptly to the Production Management Team
Carry out machine adjustments, basic fault finding, and clean-downs
Maintain excellent GMP, H&S, and hygiene standards at all times
Accurately complete all required documentation and records
Support continuous improvement by reducing waste and improving efficiency
Essential Qualifications & Experience
– Previous experience working in FMCG manufacturing or production is essential
– Proven track record in operating and setting large production machinery
– Strong awareness of quality, health & safety, and compliance standards within FMCG
– Ability to work independently and within a team
– Good attendance, reliability, and organisational skills
