Kinetic PLC is seeking an experienced Operator with a proven background in FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) to join our client\’s busy and friendly team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment and is confident operating and maintaining machinery to deliver quality output.

*Shift pattern: 6am-6pm / 6pm-6am (2 days, 2 nights, 4 off)

Key Responsibilities
*Operate machinery efficiently to meet production targets in a fast-paced FMCG environment
*Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet strict specifications and customer standards
*Report process issues promptly to the Production Management Team
*Carry out machine adjustments, basic fault finding, and clean-downs
*Maintain excellent GMP, H&S, and hygiene standards at all times
*Accurately complete all required documentation and records
*Support continuous improvement by reducing waste and improving efficiency
Essential Qualifications & Experience
– Previous experience working in FMCG manufacturing or production is essential
– Proven track record in operating and setting large production machinery
– Strong awareness of quality, health & safety, and compliance standards within FMCG
– Ability to work independently and within a team
– Good attendance, reliability, and organisational skills
