Our client, based in the Oldham area, are looking for a MIG & TIG Welder on days paying £15.50/hr PAYE, equivalent to basic of £31,434 per annum. This is a PERMANENT position so please only apply if you are looking for something permanent and can get to the Oldham area.

The welder's primary responsibility will be MIG Welding frames and carrying out TIG welding with stainless steel in the manufacturing process of new, custom-built equipment. Hours of work are 7.45am-4.45pm Mon-Thursday with 12.45pm finish on a Friday.

Requirements:

  • City and Guilds / NVQ Level 3 in Welding or equivalent.
  • MIG welding 3-5mm mild steel and stainless steel TIG welding.
  • Thin gauge stainless steel welding experience to a good finish.
