This role supports production equipment, factory services, and continuous improvement activities across the site. It is electrically biased and multi-skilled. The successful candidate will maximise equipment reliability, reduce downtime, and support production performance through PPM, fault finding, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Monday to Thursday 08:00 – 16:30
Friday 08:00 – 13:00

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) activities on schedule
  • Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical faults on production equipment
  • Maintain plant, machinery, factory services, and utilities safely and efficiently
  • Support breakdown response activities to minimise downtime
  • Ensure maintenance documentation and records are completed accurately

Continuous Improvement

  • Participate in continuous improvement and 5S activities
  • Identify opportunities to improve equipment reliability and process efficiency
  • Support equipment modifications, upgrades, and installation projects
