Hours: Full-Time, 37.5 hours per week (Mon-Fri days)

About the Role
We are seeking an efficient, adaptable Admin Assistant for a 12-month temporary contract based within a busy factory office environment in Newcastle Upon Tyne.
This is a dynamic, hands-on role supporting day-to-day manufacturing/operational workflows alongside providing personal assistant (PA) support to the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the factory and operational teams to keep day-to-day processes running smoothly.
- Manage diaries, arrange appointments, schedule internal/external meetings, and coordinate meeting room bookings.
- Maintain digital records, assist with general paperwork, log operational data, and process routine reports.
- Act as a central point of contact between office teams, production personnel, and external contacts.
Skills & Requirements
- Proven background in general administration or secretarial/PA support (experience in a manufacturing, engineering, or factory environment is a plus).
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience with ERP systems or SAP is highly beneficial, though not essential.
- Excellent time-management skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Clear, professional verbal and written communication skills.
