Kinetic Recruitment are looking for 2 people that can start immediately to work for a globally recognised manufacturer of electrical and electronic safety components. With over 100 years of industry experience, this company continues to grow and innovate. We are currently recruiting Assembly Operatives to join their established UK manufacturing site in Middleton. Initially for a month but may go longer.
The job of the Assembly Operatives will include:
- Assemble mechanical and basic electrical parts to precise specifications
- Fit and secure components onto assemblies
- Carry out bench work and basic electrical testing
- Check work during the build using drawings and visual guides
- Use hand tools safely and correctly
- Follow engineering drawings and work instructions
We need the 2 new people to have the below:
- Previous experience in mechanical assembly
- Able to work on your own and meet production deadlines
- Experience working in a fast-paced or high-volume environment
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Confident using hand tools and looking after equipment
- Able to read and understand basic diagrams and drawings
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality
- Good communication skills and able to work well as part of a team
