Overview
Kinetic Recruitment is looking for a Medical Packer for a Wythenshawe based client. The company is a niche provider of outsourced services with an outstanding reputation in the medical industry. The successful candidate must start as soon as possible and work 6am to 2pm, Monday to Friday. Please note that you will work 10am to 6pm for the first 6‑12 weeks while you train. This is a temporary, on‑going position with an opportunity to become permanent in the future.
Responsibilities
- Pack surgical equipment after an intense clean.
- Check products against a computerized list of items required.
- Work within a sterile environment.
- Follow procedures.
- Ensure all equipment is cleaned and sterilised thoroughly.
- Ensure packing is done exactly to specifications.
- Complete all relevant paperwork.
Qualifications
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work on your feet for 8 hours.
- Confidence working within a sterile, medical environment.
- Capacity for repetitive but important work (while training).
- Previous experience in a sterile environment is advantageous but not essential.
- Excellent communication skills.
