We are looking to recruit experienced Manufacturing / Mechanical Assemblers for a multinational company in the modules department. The role includes cross‑training across a wide range of areas.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble mechanical parts and components.
  • Carry out duties within the production line as instructed by the line manager.
  • Adhere to the company’s Health and Safety guidelines.
  • Provide cell commitment and support to attain safety, quality, cost, delivery and compliance goals.
  • Work towards lean and continuous improvements.
  • Review workload priorities with the line manager and act on guidance.
  • Assemble and fit printed circuit boards (PCBs) onto mechanical components as part of team processes.

Requirements

  • Good manual dexterity for assembling electro/mechanical components.
  • Ability to read and understand technical drawings and job‑related manufacturing documentation.
  • Detail‑oriented with clear, legible record‑keeping.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic computer skills and confidence following written procedures and using computer systems to access and check manufacturing instructions.
  • Ability to multitask and rotate across key processes.
  • Previous experience in soldering or component assembly is beneficial but not essential.
  • Willingness to learn and develop skills.
