Position Overview: FLT / Fork Lift Truck / Warehouse Operative – Temporary – Blackley, England, North West.
Responsibilities:
- Operate FLT truck within a large busy warehouse.
- Pick and load large products from the yard and warehouse onto transport.
- Load a variety of materials to return to suppliers.
- Move products from production areas to storage and holding areas.
- Keep paperwork up to date and complete when required.
- Label and check stock.
- Repack items onto pallets.
- Pick and pack goods coming in and out.
- Walk round the site, collect and empty waste.
- Perform heavy lifting.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Flexible with working on and off the FLT.
- Full FLT Licence (External Licence).
- Ability to work in a busy warehouse, stores and yard.
- Experience of VNA driving is a distinct advantage but not required.
- Computer literate.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Able to lift heavy items.
- Experience working within manufacturing.
