Your role will include:
- Troubleshooting, repair and maintenance of high-volume PLC controlled production equipment.
- Planning and performing equipment preventative maintenance.
- Improvement and modification of assembly/test equipment and transfer systems.
- Service and maintenance of electrical and mechanical site services/plant.
- Supporting the installation of new equipment.
Ideal candidates will have the following attributes:
- Ideally qualifications in Electrical Engineering to back up your experience.
- Time Served Apprenticeship.
- Significant experience within manufacturing.
- Proven experience on Repair, Maintenance and Process Improvement.
- Ideally experienced in maintenance and fault finding PLC controlled and robotic equipment.
- Experience of maintaining and fault finding hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Pro-actively identifies and suggests improvements based on findings of preventative maintenance and fault finding.
- Understanding of preventative maintenance schedules.
