Kinetic plc is recruiting a Mechanical Shift Lead for a brand new state-of-the-art paper converting facility in Merseyside. You will lead a multidisciplinary team, oversee maintenance on tissue converting machinery, packaging equipment and ancillary systems, and ensure reliability and safety.
The role requires experience in FMCG environments, pneumatics, hydraulics, and automated systems, with a 12-hour shift pattern (6am-6pm, 6pm-6am) on a 3 on/3 off cycle. Salary circa £55,500.
