- Job Overview
- -Leading a multidisciplinary team of operators.
- -Operating equipment to the required standards while achieving set production targets.
- -Performing routine maintenance and repairs on mechanical systems, including tissue converting machinery, packaging equipment, and ancillary systems.
- -Troubleshooting and diagnosing mechanical faults, implementing effective solutions to minimise downtime.
- -Carrying out planned preventative maintenance and ensuring equipment operates efficiently and safely.
- -Collaborating with production teams to minimise downtime and address issues, while documenting maintenance activities and ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations.
- -Assisting with new equipment installations and managing contractor relationships.
- -Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and developing maintenance procedures to enhance operational efficiency and reliability.
- -Performing basic production operator tasks as required.
