We are looking for experienced Sheet Metal Workers to join a busy manufacturing workshop in North Manchester near Heywood. These are Temp to perm roles paying £18/hr PAYE and are due to start ASAP. All work is on days with an early finish on a Friday at 1.30pm.
DUTIES:
- Manufacturing components from aluminium, stainless steel and other sheet metals
- Operating guillotines, folders, rollers, swagers and beading machines
- Marking out, measuring, cutting, rolling and forming sheet metal
- Reading job sheets, drawings and customer dimensions
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Have previous sheet-metal fabrication experience
- Be confident using standard sheet metal workshop machinery
- Be able to work accurately from measurements and drawings
- Have good practical and basic numerical skills
