Position Details
My client is looking for an experienced Class 1 Driver to join an expanding team in the Gateshead area with an immediate start available. This position is available for Tuesdays and Thursdays only.
Package
- £16.00 per hour
- Monday to Friday
- Between 06:00 – 07:00 start
Responsibilities
- Vehicle checks before starting shift
- Moving steel on flatbed trailers
- Daily run from site to Hartlepool
Requirements
- UK driving licence
- Must hold licence for at least 2 years
- Must be over 25 years of age for insurance purposes
- Must have an in‑date CPC and digital tachograph
- No DD, DR, DG, CD, IN or TT codes on licence
- Previous Class 1 experience
