Kinetic are seeking to recruit an experienced CAD/Design Engineer for a permanent role in Hazel Grove, Stockport.

About the Company:

A specialist small boat manufacturing company based in Hazel Grove is seeking a CAD Engineer to join its growing team. The company designs and builds Rigid Inflatable Boats (RIBs) and other powered vessels under 25 metres for commercial and recreational use. About the Role:

This is a key engineering role within a close-knit design and production team. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing detailed 2D and 3D CAD models and manufacturing drawings for a variety of marine craft. Key Responsibilities:

  • Create high-quality 2D and 3D CAD models for hulls, decks, internal layouts, and components

  • Liaise with production, technical, and sales teams to ensure designs are practical and aligned with customer requirements
  • Contribute to the design and refinement of new and existing boat models
