Kinetic Recruitment are looking to recruit an Architectural Technician working for a large renowned building/property development company in the South Manchester/Cheshire area. This is a fixed term 12-month contract paying £50,000 per annum. You will be required to advise, support and assist the architectural function within the residential team, preparing site layouts, amongst other duties below.
Responsibilities
- Preparation of residential Site Layouts and other associated drawings – Refuse Layout, Parking Layout, Managed Areas Plan, Phasing Layouts, Materials Plans, etc.
- Preparation of House‑type working drawings and contract drawings for land purchase requirements and other uses.
- Preparation of Deed plans, including Master Deed Layout for Estate Layout Approval purposes.
- Support and lead on the preparation of major planning application packages.
- Support the process of planning condition discharge applications.
- Assist with presentation materials for planning applications, public consultations, and sales purposes.
- Liaise with external Consultant teams (planning applications) and third party specialist suppliers (house‑type working drawings).
- Provide and update documentation for the Land Acquisition process.
