One of our portfolio ventures is developing a mobile-first, gamified social casino platform. With real-time missions, XP progression, loyalty tiers, and integrated charitable giving, we are creating a new kind of experience that blends entertainment, rewards, and social impact.
We are looking for a CRM Specialist to join this team on a contract basis to help design, launch, and optimise our lifecycle marketing system. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role that will work closely with product and marketing to drive player engagement, retention, and monetisation.

Duration: 3 to 6 months initially, with potential to extendResponsibilities:
- Lead the setup and execution of lifecycle campaigns across email, in-app messaging, and (eventually) push/SMS
- Design CRM journeys for onboarding, daily streaks, VIP milestones, winbacks, and bonus drops
- Build and manage behavioural segments to ensure timely, relevant, and personalised messaging
- Translate in-app events into CRM triggers in collaboration with the development team
- Analyse campaign performance and run A/B tests to improve engagement and conversion
- Collaborate with product and creative teams to ensure messaging is on-brand, reward-driven, and player-focused
- Own CRM tools and workflows from planning through to launch, optimisation, and reporting
- Proven experience in CRM or lifecycle marketing, ideally within gaming, mobile apps, or consumer products
- Strong grasp of B2C CRM best practices, including behavioural segmentation and event-based automation
- Technically proficient with CRM platforms and messaging channels (email, push, SMS)
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects across cross-functional teams
- Commercial mindset with a focus on retention, monetisation, and lifetime value
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, remote-first environment
- Experience with social casino, iGaming, or digital entertainment products
- Familiarity with XP systems, loyalty programs, and VIP user flows
- Understanding of event-driven messaging and player retention strategies
- Previous experience in a remote-first or startup environment
