Kinetic Foundation seeks a Head of Academy to lead the Kinetic Academy programme, shaping strategic direction, growth, and outcomes for boys’ and girls’ football, education and social mobility. Reporting to the CEO, you will oversee participation, recruitment, performance pathways, and operational delivery across a multidisciplinary team.

You will drive partnerships, expand provision, ensure safeguarding, and align football with academic success, while scaling impact and ensuring high-quality.
