This position is for our company, Kinetic Business Solutions. Please only apply if you have 3+ years’ experience in 360 agency recruiting within Life Sciences. We are hiring a 360 Recruitment Consultant with a real passion and deep understanding of the Life Sciences industry who is driven by building and growing partnerships. You will work to identify and develop job opportunities with new and existing accounts, by building effective relationships and gaining a better understanding of the company's needs and recruitment requirements.
Key responsibilities:
- Business Development: Research, identify and acquire clients consistently through daily phone calls, e-mails, professional networking platforms.
- Proactively network and upsell with existing clients.
- Conduct meetings to secure business.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure high standards of service.
- Be proactive in all areas of marketing to create awareness and new business opportunities.
- Keep prospective client database updated.
- Attend relevant industry events.
- Achieve revenue targets and meet individual and team KPI’s.
Recruitment:
- Headhunting, interviewing, and assessing prospective applicants and matching them with vacancies.
- Briefing the candidate about the job responsibilities and benefits.
- Screening candidates and drawing up relevant shortlists of candidates for clients to interview.
- Organizing interviews and managing the coordination of interview logistics.
- Conducting reference checks in line with client expectations.
You should be someone who has:
- Excellent sales, networking, and relationship-building skills.
- An understanding of the Life Science market; roles that exist, skills required from our candidates, and the language used by our clients.
- A proven track record in sales, relationship management, and resourcing effectively.
- A desire to achieve, constantly improve your work, help your team grow, and play your part in supporting the success of the company.
- Skills in managing expectations.
- Excellent communication skills, confidence, and energy – a real people person!
- Organizational skills.
Required Qualifications/Experience:
- Minimum 3 years' experience as a 360 Consultant at a Recruitment Agency.
- Experience recruiting in the Life Science industry is a must.
- Must be a UK Resident. Please note that only candidates who meet this criteria can be considered.
Compensation & Benefits: This is a full-time remote position with basic salary and commission. We also provide all the technical equipment needed for business use, as well as access to our CRM/ATS and LinkedIn recruiter.
